<p><i></i><u></u>In the previous post I had checked out doing a <a href="http://www.rci.com/RCI/" title="RCI" target="_blank"><strong>RCI</strong></a> timeshare exchange to <a href="http://www.theclubatglacier.com/" title="The Club at Glacier" target="_blank"><strong>The Club at Glacier</strong></a>, an all inclusive timeshare at the gates of <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.nps.gov/glac/index.htm" title="Glacier National Park" target="_blank"><strong>Glacier National Park</strong></a>.  I next checked what I could pull in Interval International.</p>
<p>My Hilton Head timeshare week pulled a 2 bedroom, Premier resort at the <a href="http://www.sanjuanmountainandgolf.com/" title="San Juan Mountain and Golf Resort" target="_blank"><strong>San Juan Mountain and Golf Resort</strong></a> for September 11-18.  To my pleasant surprise, the 2 bedroom was a stand alone home in &#8220;The Timbers&#8221; and not a condo.  Now we&#8217;re talking.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">
<div id="attachment_570" class="wp-caption aligncenter" style="width: 310px"><img class="size-full wp-image-570" title="The Timbers at San Juan Mountain Golf Resort" src="http://thetimeshareexpert.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/TimbersRed.jpg" alt="The Timbers at San Juan Mountain Golf Resort" width="300" height="127" /><p class="wp-caption-text">The Timbers at San Juan Mountain Golf Resort</p></div>
<p>Here&#8217;s what their website says:</p>
<p><img src="file:///C:/DOCUME%7E1/JEFFPI%7E1/LOCALS%7E1/Temp/moz-screenshot.png" alt="" /></p>
<p>&#8220;The Timbers is a luxury vacation ownership community in Pagosa Springs.  Located near the Pagosa Springs Golf Course and Recreation Center, The Timbers features nearby lakes for fishing, private walking paths, and a large pond with a water feature.  The Timbers offers magnificent views of the San Juan Mountains. <strong>Some of the extras include</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Quality wood cabinetry</li>
<li>Dramatic vaulted ceilings</li>
<li>Natural gas fireplace in great room with stone and wood mantle</li>
<li>Gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops and tile floors</li>
<li>Cable TV and High Speed Internet Access</li>
<li>In-floor radiant heating</li>
<li>Double insulated, sound proof common walls</li>
<li style="text-align: left;">Luxurious bathrooms with granite counter tops, walk-in shower, garden tub, and double vanity</li>
</ul>
